  1. All prices indicated are inclusive of all applicable taxes (such as VAT) and fees. We reserve the right to change our prices without advance notice. Most of our goods are sold using the EU margin VAT scheme for second-hand goods.

  2. You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Your right to complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Note that used items sold with a grade lower than NM (Near Mint) are not in perfect condition and the right of complaint only covers items in a worse condition than indicated when you bought the item. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect/fault. Wobbly Trading Cards I/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

  3. If your order could not be delivered to you due to an incorrect/missing address or similar, or if you fail to pick up your order from the parcel shop you have chosen within the time frame provided to your by the delivery company, and this results in the parcel being returned to us, we will contact you and inquire how you wish to proceed. Should you wish for the item to be resent to you, you must pay any additional costs that may incur from resending the items. If we do not hear back from you within 14 days, we will consider you to have exercised your right of return in accordance with our Terms of Revocation. We do not refund shipping costs in these cases.

  4. Should you wish to file a formal complaint about a product you have bought from us, you may file a complaint with the Danish consumer authority:
